Cost of this Program began at $69.99 before November 4^th

Currently, we are offering a waiver of the $69.99, however we need to assure that you take responsibility for the products that we are sending you, therefore we require you to complete a detailed information provider brochure, and tell us who you are, how we can contact you, and we also require you to sign a affidavit saying that you will return all our products if you no longer work for our company.

In the detailed information brochure we will tell you more about the program.  You will list at least two numbers for contacting you, and we will have our customer service workers contact you for confirmation.  No PO boxes allowed

After you have completed the information brochure, we will send you a minimum of 50 shirts and packaging supplies to get started.  After you have completed and returned the 50 shirts, we will allow you to order up to 100 shirts per shipment.

We're looking for people willing to put in the time and commitment to 
assembling our Obama T-shirts, in lieu of paying a registration fee.

If you do not have 30 minutes to supply us with information, in exchange 
for a $69.99 waiver of your registration fee, then please do not apply.
If you do not have 30 minutes to provide information, then it 
is quite possible you will not have the time to complete our t-shirts.

Please do not waste our time or yours by applying if you feel that 
filling out and information brochure and providing information is too much.

Also, please do not contact our contractor (New Works) for information 
on our program, or provide personal information to them.  Submit your 
information and agreement to return our supplies directly to Jimira.
