Regarding shipping

We charge a registration fee to be used as a product bond, to set you up in our computer, and to help us to pay for the shipping on our end, for however long you plan to work. 

When the worker does not pay the entire fee, (using the deferment plan) we ask that they take care of partial shipping (3FC Stamps) until they decide to pay the remainder of there registration fee. 

If you consider the fact that the longer you work (which is our ultimate goal) then you will be producing rugs that pay you $40.00, and $3.50 postage on your end will be minimum compared to what you will be making. 

 

Suppose my work doesn't pass inspection

Because we offer a paid training program, you will be paid on all work.  However, if your work needs improvement

we will advise you and send you smaller increments based on your improvement.

 

Can I immediately began working on the midsection and bypass the squares???

During the holiday season when we have large orders, we may be willing to place an advanced worker on

fast track and allow them to immediately go to completing the midsection.  However, we implemented

a training session in order to review your progress and monitor your dedication and stability to the program, there fore

creating a trusting working relationship.  ***Keep in mind there will be a time when you will have large quantity of

inventory on hand.***

How long will this project be going on for?

We do not anticipate any closing date on our Latch Hook Rug program.  Presently, we have online sales, combined with our local sales, and our expectations of gaining other contracts will only increase our need for people willing to work at home.  In the coming year, we are expecting to open avenues for other independent craft business that need a community of workers to make available, opportunities they have contracted business for. 

Is shipping ever reimbursed (with their full registration fee)?

The cost of shipping has been a great concern to us and our workers, and we are working on a system that will allow us to offset at least 50% shipping for complete & mid-section rug workers.  After completion of 5 mid-section rugs/complete rugs we will reimburse 90% shipping. 

 

Does every one get a gift? I’ve been hearing that some are (we did and thank you VERY much!) however some haven’t.

We give Free gifts as a compliment and try to give everyone under full registration Free Gifts, if they are available at the time of processing.  However, there are times that we do not have gifts available during processing your order.  At that time it is noted on your record and shipped during your next order.  Presently we have available Restaurant (Outback, Chili, and Trawler Gift Certificates) ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 and Target, Walmart and Barnes & Nobles, Gift Certificates ranging from $5.00 to $20.00.

 

Does everyone get a rug hook?

Yes, everyone should received a Hook.  Please make to note on your initial form if all of your supplies were not included in your package

1) How are the squares rated?  The squares are simply rated by checking the backside to assure that all sections have been correctly completed. 2) Is their a max amount of squares that a person can make or can they make as many as possible?  If a person chooses to continue working on the squares after we have determined they are ready to work on large rugs,  they can request to do so.

What is your Refund Policy?

If you receive your supplies and decide that you are not interested, you may return your supplies unused and we will refund your registration fee, plus your shipping charges.  Minus any referral fees we have paid for you.  see contract terms

If you contact us before we send your package are pay the person that referred you.  We will submit a refund in 24 hours.

All supplies are sent 24 hours after we receive your order, so please try and notify us before then.  We can not make refunds after we have already prepared and sent your order.
